His Covenant
“The Blood Still Speaks”

“And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you… and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things…”

Meditation
On one night in Egypt, everything changed. Not because God's people became stronger. Not because Pharaoh suddenly changed his mind. Not because circumstances became easier. Everything changed because God remembered His covenant.
The blood upon the doorposts was a visible sign that the house belonged to Him. When God said, “When I see the blood,” He was revealing His covenant faithfulness. He was declaring that His promise—not fear, not oppression, not destruction—would have the final word over those who trusted Him.
That night in Egypt pointed to another night when Jesus, our Passover Lamb, willingly shed His blood for us. Today we no longer look to the blood of a lamb upon a doorway. We look to the precious blood of Yeshua, the Lamb of God.
His blood still speaks. It speaks forgiveness when guilt tries to condemn. It speaks mercy when shame tries to accuse. It speaks peace when fear tries to overwhelm. It speaks hope when discouragement whispers. It speaks love that never fails.
The blood reminds us that we belong to our Father. His covenant has not changed. His promises have not failed. His love has not diminished.
Today, rest in the confidence that you are held within His everlasting covenant of love.
A Seat at the Father’s Table
Father, thank You for establishing an everlasting covenant through the precious blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You that His blood still speaks over my life.
When fear speaks, help me hear Your promises. When uncertainty speaks, help me remember Your faithfulness. When my heart grows weary, remind me that I belong to You.
Teach me to rest, not in my own strength, but in the finished work of Christ. Today I receive the peace, mercy, hope, and assurance that flow from Your covenant love.
Thank You for calling me Your beloved child. In the precious name of Yeshua, Amen.
